1 diagonal slice baguette (1/4 inch thick), preferably whole-wheat
2 small slices tomato

Pinch of cracked black pepper
PREPARATION
Toast bread. Top with tomato, cheese and pepper. Heat in toaster oven (or broil) to melt the cheese, if desired.
